Agglestone Rock. This is near to Studland on the South side of Poole harbour. The rock is made of Agglestone Grit which is sandstone plus iron. This is a sort of tor, the rock was an anvil shape perched above the rest of the hill, however it has tilted.
The local story is that the Devil threw it from the Isle of Wight meaning to hit Corfe Castle!
I particularly liked the lighting, the Sun shone on the rock but clouds cast shadows over the surrounding heathland, which accentuated the rock.
