About
![]() I work in London as a legal editor, but I was born in Woodstock (Oxfordshire) and have been going into the Blenheim park all my life. Consequently I have a deep attachment to the park. I have made a couple of visits to New Zealand and took a lot of photos there. (My picture is me sitting on a bull (ooer!) near Queenstown). I'm also fascinated by vintage machinery, especially the various beam engines around the UK. Most of the photos before August 2006 on here are taken with a Fuji Finepix S5000, which I'd happily recommend to anyone. More recently I've moved to a Canon 500D; however, I expect to continue to use the Fuji - for about 75% of my photos this suffices perfectly well. People sometimes ask me about cameras, I think almost any camera can give good results (it's the person working it that makes the decisions!), but what is really vital is to buy the largest and fastest memory card you can. |
