Blenheim Palace Grounds and Woodstock

London Wetland Centre (Barnes)
This major reserve for waterfowl is in West London, near to where I live. Portfolios in this group show photos of the birds and other animals, also the site's trees and flowers, together with some sunsets and storms that I've seen at the Centre.

 Barnes offers a lot of examples of regenerating woodland as exemplified by the silver birch trees, it also has a mass of wildflowers. There is a very wide horizon, which makes it a good place to see dramatic skies and sunsets. | (Contains 12 photos)
