Bluebell Railway British Railways 'Standard Class 4' entering Sheffield Park Station.
These engines were introduced in the 1950's by British Railways, and were developments of successful London Midland and Scottish Railway designs. They were used for suburban traffic. They had short working lives, but there are a number in preservation. This is one of the most popular of my 'Flickr' photos.
