This is the Bluecoats school building in Buckingham Gate, Victoria, (near the palace!). The building only gets the Sun in Winter, and then only for one hour a day; in summer the tree's leaves keep the Sun off. If you get the timing right you can just see the picture of the Bluecoat boy that's on the side of the building framed by the shadow cast by the crook of the tree.
