The Canada Gates; when the forecourt of Buckingham Palace was remodelled and the memorial to Queen Victoria was created a number of gates were erected representing the then dominions. This is the Canada gate, it has arms from the constituent Canadian provinces. I didn't have a lot of room to manoeuvre with this shot, and I notice now that I inadvertently placed one of the gas lamps over a part of the gates; so I shall have to go back and try again!
